At Calmorae, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and transparent. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we always prioritize fast handling.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Calmorae partners with trusted, high-quality fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take 2-5 business days to update after dispatch
  • Some carriers may show limited tracking depending on destination country
  • If you do not see tracking updates after 5 days, contact us at info.calmorae@gmail.com

4. Shipping Delays

Calmorae is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

However, if your package is lost by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim and offer a solution.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.

For orders under $100:

  • Calmorae is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for address errors made by the customer

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to:

  • Pay for reshipping, or
  • Receive store credit minus shipping costs

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in product prices
  • Customers are responsible for all customs and import charges
  • Calmorae is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections

7. Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

Each package will have its own tracking number.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Calmorae is not liable for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Packages stolen from mailboxes, doorsteps, or pickup locations

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

If the carrier confirms a lost package, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
